These terms apply to all purchases and use of the Hidden website. By placing an order you agree to them fully. If you do not accept these terms you should not use the site or buy our products.

1. General use of the website

You may browse and purchase for personal use only. You agree not to interfere with the website, misuse features or attempt to access private areas.

2. Products and accuracy

We try to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Mistakes can still occur and we may correct them at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order if information was incorrect or stock is unavailable.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment is received and we issue a confirmation. We may decline an order for any reason including suspected misuse or repeated returns. Prices can change at any time.

4. Shipping

Shipping timeframes shown on the website are estimates. Delays can happen due to couriers, customs or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for loss caused by any delay. Once an order has been handed to the courier it is considered delivered to the customer.

5. Returns and refunds

We do not offer change of mind refunds. All sales are final unless covered by our specific money back guarantee for eligible products.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We may ask for further details or require the item to be returned before deciding on any replacement.

6. Money back guarantee

Some products include a money back guarantee. This guarantee is strict and only applies when every condition listed below is met. If these steps are not followed the guarantee is void.

To qualify, the customer must:

  1. Take a clear photograph of their face every 5 days for the entire period they use the product.

  2. Provide all photos to us in the original files without editing.

  3. Agree to Hidden using these photos for marketing, advertising and social media without payment or restriction.

  4. Return the completely empty product packaging to us at their own cost.

  5. Finish the product as directed and use no other skincare products that may influence results.

  6. Submit their claim within 7 days of finishing the product.

Once we receive every required item we will review the claim. Approval is at our discretion. We may refuse the refund if instructions were not followed, if photos are inconsistent or if the product was used incorrectly. If a refund is approved it will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for entering correct shipping information. If you provide incorrect details you will cover any additional shipping fees. You also accept responsibility for your own patch testing, allergies and suitability of products. Our products are cosmetic and not medical.

8. Intellectual property

All images, text, product designs and branding belong to Hidden. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Marketing consent

If you submit photos, reviews or messages to us you agree that we may use them for marketing unless you state otherwise before submission. Photos provided under the money back guarantee must be available for our marketing use and cannot be withdrawn.

10. Limitation of liability

Hidden is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site you agree to the way we collect and use data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products confirms your acceptance of the updated version.
