Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on cosmetic and skincare products. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, and is consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may be a repair, replacement, or refund.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Provide photos or a description of the issue
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us at support@hiddenskin.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Lodge a Claim
Email support@hiddenskin.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging
