Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote and regional areas may take longer.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
If we do not ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members and neighbours
- Check in a safe drop location if applicable
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@hiddenskin.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
